An enterprise with a Gurugram headquarters, a Noida delivery centre and a Delhi branch is retiring hardware in three state jurisdictions with different entry rules for goods vehicles, different gate-pass procedures and different building management practices.
Handled site by site, that produces three sets of paperwork that do not reconcile. We scope the NCR estate together, agree a schedule that respects each site's access windows, and produce a single consolidated record at the end.
